The Kumkum Bhindi, also known as the Red Ladyfinger, has gained a lot of popularity in recent years, and with good reason! This new ladyfinger variant is more nutritious and beneficial to one’s health than the green variety. It is a miraculous crop that is grown in Uttar Pradesh. It is believed to have the ability to double the revenue of farmers.

Sowing time
From February until the second week of April is the best time to seed Kumkum Bhindi. It can also be sown in November; growth will be slower in December and January, but fruits will begin to appear in February and last until November. Early crop prices are also attractive.
The price of Kumkum Bhindi is 4-5 times higher than normal green bhindi.
